- Replace furnace fitters during scheduled maintenance visits
- Replace fan belt as required
- Replacement of your thermostat
- Plan provides cover for all parts within the Heating/Cooling Unit casing, subject to the exclusions below
- Heat Exchanger (furnace), Heating Coil (air handler), Heating Sections (boilers )
- Ancillary Equipment such as furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers and air cleaners
- Parts exterior to the Heating/Cooling Unit Casing
- Parts & Labour responsibility for compressor unit or condenser coil is limited to $500 per year of coverage
- Cost of refrigerant recovery, vacuuming & refill
